This is the grip I use on all my staffs. It is made primarily from rubber and is extremely durable and long lasting. It can be a little harsh for beginners, but is one of the grippiest grips available! It stays fairly grippy when wet, and resists UV well. It is taped, then stretched onto a staff. No glue is needed.
