Contact Staff - May 9th@1:30pm
Contact staffers are notoriously bad at plane control, swinging their arms and flopping the staff all over the place. Don't be one of them! Come learn how planes and body positioning dramatically affects your spinning. We will cover Helix pathways, With-Roll and Counter-Rolls (rolling direction vs staff movement direction) and the differences between them. Your body position and the staff pathway affects which tricks are what. Learn to tell the difference and how to train them effectively!

Dragonstaff - May 10th@11am
Dragonstaff Pressure Rolls Do you always play near the centre of the Dragonstaff? Come learn some off-centre dragon play and transitions using T-Rolls! Pressure Rolls involve using the dragonstaff with one arm under the dragon, and one arm over. It's a new technique that introduces an entirely new dimension to dragonstaff and is loads of fun!
